Positioning may include simple alignment in a bed, wheelchair, or other furniture.

These limitations apply to all prescription and all over-the-counter medications. The home services worker shall immediately report to the supervisor any irregularities noted in the pre-selected medications, such as medications taken too often or not often enough, or not at the correct time as identified in the written instructions.

Respite care provides temporary relief for a primary caregiver, enabling you to take a much-needed break from the demands of caregiving a sick, aging, or disabled family member. … Respite care can benefit the person you’re caring for, too, providing them with variety, stimulation, and a welcome change of routine.

What Services Do In-Home Caregivers Provide?

In-home caregivers come to the home to help with activities daily living, such as light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and grooming. They can also provide temporary respite care for families. Personal care assistants do not provide medical care, but otherwise, care can be tailored specifically for each individual’s needs.

Peace of Mind for Our Clients and Their Families

Private home care providers and the personal care assistants they employ
may provide a range of personal care and companion/sitter services to
clients. Personal care tasks may include assistance with activities of daily
living, such as bathing, grooming, dental care, transfers and ambulation,
dressing and eating. They may also cover meal planning and preparation,
shopping, light housekeeping and home management chores, including bill
paying. Companion/sitter tasks include companionship, transportation and
escort assistance and household chores related to safety and cleanliness.

Our professional caregivers are dedicated to the overall wellbeing of their clients. We are on call to serve you 24/7, so help is available immediately. There is no long-term commitment with hourly home care from Brighter Times Home Care Inc. Use our services for as long as you need them

Each caregiver is experienced in caring for seniors and undergoes a thorough background check to ensure the safety of our clients. To maintain professionalism our live-in caregivers are only allowed at the client’s home during assigned hours and must have their own separate residence. They are strictly forbidden from using their client’s property for personal use.

We make it our everday goal to make sure that each client, not only benefits, but also feels a little more joy and peace by the service we bring along with our “whatever the client needs” attitude. We plan on setting our service apart from other agencies, by simply striving to always input and insert graceful and comforting treatment.
